I would like to take this opportunity to welcome you to our web site. As in any business, we are constantly upgrading and improving our communications systems. With this new web site we will be bringing to our members the most up to date information on legislation, labor relations, education, equipment and law enforcement services.
 

The Fraternal Order of Police is the World's largest organization of sworn law enforcement officers with over 324,000 members. In New Jersey, the Fraternal Order of Police represents over 20,000 law enforcement officers. No one knows the difficulties and dangers that face law enforcement officers better than another officer and no one knows law enforcement better than the FOP.

We have learned from the past and will respond to the challenges of today with imagination, courage and determination. We are faced with exciting opportunities and I can tell you that we are focused and confident in getting the job done.

Risk is an inherent part of police work and the New Jersey State Lodge is committed to protecting those who protect others. To create a tradition of esprit de corps insuring fidelity to duty under all conditions, to cultivate a spirit of fraternalism and mutual helpfulness among our members and the people we serve, and establish the confidence of the public in the services dedicated to the protection of life and property.
